A Little Luck?

It's hard to believe that it's already March. And with March comes St. Patrick's Day and all things green - green four-leaf clovers, green rivers, green beer, and even the first green signs of spring…we hope! Along with all that green we are also swiftly approaching the end of the first quarter. All the projects that you planned to roll out in the New Year should likely be under way by now. But, if they are not yet started, no need to panic and try to rely on the “luck of the Irish” to help, because that's why we are here.

If you're struggling with anything Yardi-related, we've got your back. Looking to start a new conversion to Yardi, we can help with that. Maybe rolling out some new enhancements in Yardi, we've got experts for that, too. Or perhaps you've got the Yardi system in place but you're looking for ongoing technical support, we've got staff in place to act in a help desk capacity as well. As members of the Yardi Independent Consultants Network, we stand ready to assist you with all facets of Yardi. And because we are also end users of the platform, we can recommend best practices and solutions that most technical support firms cannot.

So, if you're in need of some Yardi support, give us a call. We would love to chat with you about your needs and determine out how we can support your end goals!

Other Happenings

We also wanted to take a moment to recognize that March 8th was International Women's Day and March is Women's History Month in the United States. We think it is important to recognize and honor the contributions women give to our society. F&D was founded by Joy Pearson, our CEO, and we strive to honor and support other women leaders and women owned businesses.

We also launched our F&D Book Club last month. We read “The Vanishing Half” by Brit Bennett. In our first meeting we discussed the themes of race and identity, class and privilege, family identity, and much more present in the novel. After discussing the book, we awarded it 4 Finches out of 5! Next month we will be reading “The Midnight Library” by Matt Haig. Stay tuned for a review of our March read…..
