It's often popular to set New Year's Resolutions as individuals and for organizations to set new goals each year. It's important to set these goals each year and be SMART about the goals. They should be Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound. And this time of year, many of us are good at setting these goals, but then what happens? They get set aside because, well, life or business happens. And we usually forget about these goals until Q4 and then either panic to complete them or just decide to push them to the next year. It's okay, it happens to all of us.
But at F&D we can help! We've been going through our own goal-setting exercises. We've got specific areas where we want to improve. And like many other businesses we want to grow the bottom line. We are also redoubling our efforts in 2022 to be involved in our local communities. In 2021 we launched efforts to make donations to charities, help sponsor charitable events and organizations, and participate in events. But this year, we plan to do more. We are looking to partner with more organizations and help them to grow and be successful. We've got some organizations we are partnering with and there will be more to come. How Long Have You Been With F&D: Five Months
Education: BS in Accounting
Favorite Movie: Difficult question and I would say it depends on my mood…but I would never turn down watching Grumpy Old Men.
Favorite Book: Just Mercy by Bryan Stevenson
Favorite Band: A real band?...Probably Matchbox Twenty…but Adele and Dermont Kennedy hold my attention current day.
If you could have any job in the world, what would you do? I would be a brand ambassador for Honda, or equivalent powersport company, and ride different motorcycles all over the country!
Where is the most breathtaking place you've ever travelled? Honolulu, Hawaii – I have a friend living out there and she took me on some breathtaking hikes. The best was Koko Head Stairs at sunrise - so beautiful!
Fun Fact About You: I raced motocross in my early twenties and won a local championship in the woman's class. I still like to ride for fun but leave the racing up to the younger kids!
